Villa in Corfu Accommodation
The accommodation listed below is all privately owned and
managed by ourselves and is located
in Agios Stefanos at the north west of Corfu.

A block of 3 holiday apartments situated in their own grounds 200 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the nearest public swimmimg pool and bars. These apartments feature separate bedroom(s), lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is one apartment with one bedroom, one with two bedrooms and one with three bedrooms. There are two gas powered barbecue facilities in the gardens - a griddle and a spit roaster.
Each apartment can sleep one extra person by the provision of an extra bed in the lounge area. Cots can be provided for infants.
The 3 luxury apartments cater for 2, 4 and 6 persons but each has an extra bed if required. The main bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and in both the four and six person apartments there is a second shower, toilet and bathroom respectively. All have comfortable lounges, dining area and kitchen fully equipped with kettles, irons, toaster, microwave etc. Get a tan on the sun beds either on a large balcony or the private lawns. Maid service is provided three times per week.

The flat for two persons consists of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, lounge and eating area. The lounge has in it an extra bed for use if required and the view is towards the sea. The bedroom doors open out onto the garden with lawn and stone walls. You can sit out either at the front or the back of the flat.

The flat for four persons consists of one double bedroom with doors opening out onto the lawn and an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedded bedroom, toilet, separate shower room, kitchen, eating area, lounge and balcony.

The flat for six persons has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two other twin bedded bedrooms, bathroom with twin hand basins, kitchen, eating area, large lounge with bar and doors leading out to a very spacious balcony of the apartment overlooking the sea and the islands of Mathraki and Erikoussa.

Situated in a discrete location in its own grounds over a quarter of a mile from the village, yet still only 200 metres from the sea, it features one double bedroom, bathroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen, this property makes the ideal location for that romantic getaway or honeymoon.

Villa 'Quietude' |

Featuring its own private swimming pool and located in extensive grounds 75 metres from "The Cottage", this premium property has a split-level design and features three bedrooms (nominally sleeps six, though cots can be provided for infants), two bathrooms, lounge and large kitchen, landscaped gardens, plus the only private swimming pool in the village!

If you have bookings with us, and have provided us with your email address,

A non-refundable £50 (£100 for Villa Quietude) deposit is required
for final confirmation.
Full payment is required eight weeks before departure to Corfu or ASAP for bookings
made less than eight weeks prior to departure.
It sometimes happens that due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot come to
Corfu and your holiday needs to be cancelled. We understand this and will endeavour
to re-let. If this is possible the balance of payment will be refunded, otherwise
a cancellation fee needs to be charged according to the number of days before
your departure as follows:-
